Refund policy

At CS Artworks, we strive to provide high-quality creative and digital services tailored to each client’s needs. Due to the custom nature of our work, the following refund policy applies to all services and products provided by CS Artworks.

 

1. Custom Design & Creative Services

All custom services including, but not limited to:

  • Website Design

  • Graphic Design

  • Branding & Logo Design

  • Digital Artwork

  • Social Media Content

  • Custom Creative Projects

require time, planning, and creative development. As a result:

  • Deposits and upfront payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.

  • If a project is cancelled by the client after work has started, CS Artworks reserves the right to retain payment for all work completed up to the cancellation date.

  • Any remaining balance paid beyond completed work may be refunded at our discretion.

 

2. Website Hosting & Monthly Services

For hosting, maintenance, and subscription-based services:

  • Monthly hosting or maintenance fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle has begun.

  • Clients may cancel recurring services at any time by providing written notice before the next billing date.

  • No partial refunds will be issued for unused time within an active billing period.

 

3. Website Development Projects

For website development packages:

  • A non-refundable deposit is required before work begins.

  • Refunds will not be issued once the website design phase has been approved by the client.

  • Delays caused by the client (such as failure to provide content, feedback, or approvals) exceeding 30 days may result in the project being paused or cancelled without refund.

 

4. Revisions & Client Satisfaction

We aim to ensure every client is satisfied with the final product.

  • Reasonable revisions are included as agreed upon in the project quotation.

  • Additional revisions or major changes outside the original scope may incur extra charges.

  • Refunds will not be granted based on subjective preferences once approved concepts or revisions have been completed.

 

5. Digital Products & Downloads

Due to the nature of digital products:

  • All digital downloads, artwork files, templates, and delivered design assets are non-refundable once delivered or accessed.

 

6. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered in cases where:

  • CS Artworks is unable to complete the project due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • A duplicate payment was made in error.

  • Services paid for were not delivered at all.

Any approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.

 

7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Clients agree to contact CS Artworks directly to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Filing fraudulent chargebacks for completed work may result in legal action and suspension of all services.
